Architectural Designs

The company provides complete architecture and structural design solutions and consultancy services for turnkey projects in various sectors.
Structural Drawings
Structural drawings clearly describe all structural components involved in the building construction refer to as concrete, steel drawings and their relationships. They are primarily concerned with the load-carrying members of a structure. They outline the size and types of materials to be used, as well as the general demands for connections. They do not address architectural details like surface finishes, partition walls, or mechanical systems. Structural drawings are used to progress the Architect’s concept by specifying the shape and position of all parts of the structure – thus enabling the construction of that structure on site.
Soil Testing
Soil is a main source, when it comes to infrastructure that serves as a foundation and it is pre requisite for any construction as foundation can only be designed after establishing the bearing capacity. Gemcon is providing soil testing services by using different machines like Percussion and Rotary. Geo technical engineers are the appropriate people who can be hired or assigned the task of surveying the soil or analyzing the proposed development area and recommendations for various projects related to the construction infrastructure. Gemcon is matured and progressing in the field of soil testing by providing authentic precise and trustworthy test reports.
Construction
Gemcon Engineering is providing construction services for the homes/houses, apartments, and all other residential and commercial projects in Rawalpindi, Islamabad. We are building houses, commercial buildings on a Turn-key basis using advanced techniques, and building tools with new ideas. We undertake the Green Building concept fully from design to erection. Gemcon has also substantial experience on infrastructure projects such as Pipelines, Oil depots, Pumping stations & Landscaping
Interior fit out
We pride ourselves on delivering sustainable interior projects on time and within budget.
